Delivery policy

Radcliffe Bureau sells digital services only. Nothing is posted or couriered, so there are no shipping charges, no tracking numbers and no physical delivery address to supply. This page explains how and when your purchase actually reaches you.
1. How we deliver
- Subscriptions. Access is enabled on the account linked to the email address used at checkout. Your login details and dashboard link are emailed to you.
- Builds and projects. The finished work is deployed to your domain or hosting account. Source files, exports and documentation are sent by email or through a shared drive link.
- Reports and audits. Delivered as a PDF or a link, sent to your registered email address.
2. Delivery timelines

3. What can delay delivery
Project timelines assume that content, logins, approvals and feedback arrive when we ask for them. If they arrive late, the delivery date moves by the same number of days. We will tell you in writing when that happens. Outages at third party providers such as hosting, domain registrars or payment gateways can also cause delays that are outside our control.
4. If something does not arrive
Check the spam and promotions folders of the email address used at checkout first. If the purchase still has not reached you within the timelines above, write to hello@radcliffebureau.com with the payment reference. We respond within 48 hours and re send access at no charge.
5. Delivery charges
None. The price shown at checkout is the full amount payable. The business is not registered under GST, so no GST is added.
