This policy explains what personal information Radcliffe Bureau collects on radcliffebureau.com, why we collect it, who we share it with and what control you have over it. 1. Information we collect

2. How we use the information
- To deliver, support and improve the services you bought.
- To communicate about quotes, orders, invoices, renewals and support requests.
- To meet tax, accounting and other legal obligations.
- To detect and prevent fraud and abuse of our systems.
- To send occasional service updates. Marketing email is sent only if you opt in, and every such message carries an unsubscribe link.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent or trade contact lists.
3. Who we share it with
We share only what is needed, and only with providers that help us run the business:
- Razorpay for payment processing.
- Hosting and infrastructure providers such as Cloudflare, for serving the site and storing project data.
- Email and productivity providers for correspondence and file exchange.
- Analytics providers for aggregate traffic statistics.
- AI model providers where an ordered feature requires it. We do not send personal information to these providers except where it is part of the service you asked us to build, and we say so in the scope note.
- Authorities where disclosure is required by law or by a valid legal order.
4. Cookies
The site uses cookies and similar storage to keep sessions working and to measure traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work correctly if you do.
5. Data retention
Enquiry correspondence is kept for up to 24 months. Invoices and transaction records are kept for at least eight years because Indian tax law requires it. Project files are kept for the length of the engagement and for 12 months afterwards, then deleted on request.
6. Security
We use encrypted connections, access controls and credential management to protect data. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we will tell affected users promptly if a breach materially affects their data.
7. Your rights
You may ask us to give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for marketing. Write to hello@radcliffebureau.com from the email address on the account. We respond within 30 days. Some records, such as invoices, must be kept even after a deletion request, because the law requires it.
8. Children
Our services are meant for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, write to us and we will delete it.
9. International transfers
Some of our providers store data outside India. Where that happens we use providers that apply recognised security and contractual safeguards.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page with the date it was last changed.
